Product Details
This is a five-axis vertical machining center. In simple terms, it allows you to machine five faces of a workpiece-including angled surfaces, curved contours, and complex geometries-in a single setup. No more repeated clamping, no more alignment errors from multiple positioning steps. Fewer setups mean higher accuracy and more consistent yield rates for complex parts.
It is built for applications where precision and geometric complexity are critical, such as aerospace structural components, automotive parts, and precision molds. If you work with medium-to-large workpieces that demand single-setup multi-face machining to ensure quality, this machine is the right fit. It combines rigidity with efficiency-covering everything from heavy roughing to high-speed finishing in one platform-and is designed for reliable long-term operation, giving you confidence whether you're running high-volume production or prototyping complex components.
Our Advantages
Complete Complex Parts in One Setup
Five-axis capability handles angled surfaces, curved contours, and deep cavities in a single operation. With A-axis tilting from -120° to +120° and C-axis 360° continuous rotation, even aerospace components or deep mold cavities are machined without repositioning-eliminating alignment errors from the start.
Rigidity and Agility in One Platform
Structural rigidity is balanced with dynamic response. The BT40 spindle reaches 10,000 rpm with 70 N·m of torque, powered by an 11–15 kW motor. It handles heavy roughing in hard materials and delivers fine surface finishes-covering the entire process from stock removal to final finishing on a single machine.
High-Speed Feeds, Shorter Cycle Times
Rapid traverse rates reach 36,000 mm/min on X and Y axes, and 30,000 mm/min on Z-significantly reducing non-cutting time. With a feed rate range of 1–10,000 mm/min, the machine stays efficient whether positioning rapidly or machining complex surfaces.
Accuracy That Delivers First-Pass Quality
Linear axes achieve bidirectional positioning accuracy of 0.010 mm and repeatability of 0.007 mm, providing a stable foundation for precision parts. C-axis positioning accuracy reaches 15 seconds, and A-axis repeatability is 8 seconds, ensuring contour accuracy in five-axis operations and reducing manual rework or scrap.
Large-Capacity Tool Magazine for Uninterrupted Operation
A 24-tool magazine supports tools up to 300 mm in length and 8 kg in weight. Full magazine accepts Φ80 mm tools; with adjacent empty, tools up to Φ180 mm are accommodated. Fewer tool changes mean longer unattended runs-ideal for batch production and automated scheduling.

FAQ
1. What is the maximum workpiece size this machine can handle?
The work envelope is X: 1200 mm, Y: 700 mm, Z: 700 mm. The distance from spindle nose to table surface ranges from 50 to 750 mm, so parts up to 700 mm in height can be accommodated. The φ400 mm rotary table supports workpieces up to 220 kg in horizontal orientation.
2. Can the machine perform simultaneous 5-axis machining, or is it just 3+2 positioning?
It supports full simultaneous 5-axis machining. The A-axis tilts from –120° to +120° and the C-axis rotates continuously at 360°, enabling complex contouring and undercut operations in one setup.
3. What is the positioning accuracy of the rotary axes?
The A-axis positioning accuracy is 50 arc seconds, and the C-axis is 15 arc seconds. Repeatability is 8 arc seconds for the A-axis and 6 arc seconds for the C-axis.
4. What spindle taper and speed options are available?
The machine comes with a BT40 spindle taper, 10,000 rpm belt-driven spindle. Optional higher-speed spindles can be discussed based on your application needs.
5.What materials can this machine cut effectively?
Thanks to its 11–15 kW spindle motor and 70 N·m torque, it handles aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, and hardened materials for mold applications. The combination of rigidity and torque makes it suitable for both non-ferrous and ferrous metals.
6. Can the machine specifications be customized?
Yes, we offer customization services. For any special configuration requirements, please feel free to contact us via the online customer service on our website or by emailing our sales department at inquiry_saledept@weinocnc.com.
